Our Attorneys: WILLIAM W. HASKELL Mr. Haskell has over 27 years of litigation experience, including plaintiffs
personal injury; the defense of
MARK A. GOODMAN Mr. Goodman has expertise in civil litigation and trial work in the areas of: Construction law, real estate, insurance defense of casualty and commercial claims, insurance fraud, plaintiff personal injury and business litigation. Mr. Goodman is a member of the adjunct faculty at John F. Kennedy School of Law, has taught construction law, and serves as an arbitrator for Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. G. RANDY KASTEN Mr. Kasten has handled hundreds of superior, municipal and federal court cases involving personal injury, products liability, real property and business disputes and civil rights. Mr. Kasten works with individuals and businesses in resolving state and federal taxation disputes, drafts contracts and forms partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies. He also regularly serves as an arbitrator in local counties. ARMAND P. ADKINS Mr. Adkins is recognized as a highly skilled legal researcher and writer on a broad spectrum of insurance defense matters. He has extensive experience in complex real estate and land subsidence litigation. LYN D. TADLOCK Ms. Tadlock has extensive research and analysis experience in civil and commercial legal counseling, including environmental contamination claims. She has handled numerous personal injury defense cases arising from auto accidents and slips and falls. LITTA PETTUS-DOTSON The newest member of the firm, Ms. Pettus-Dotson brings to Haskell &
Goodman years of experience from a large firm. She adroitly handles
a wide range of defense cases for both Mr. Haskell as well as Mr. Goodman.
